I haven’t received my order yet, when can I expect it to be delivered?

Our standard delivery service is via courier a 2–5 day delivery service. For more information please see our delivery policy.


My order is the wrong size, can I return it?

We offer a 28-day return window on orders. Merchandise should be in new, unworn condition, complete with all tags intact. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.


My order is damaged, can I return it?

We apologise for this inconvenience caused. Please refer to our returns policy on our website. We will also refund your courier costs.


Do you deliver outside South Africa?

This website delivers to Southern Africa including South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia, Botswana and Mocambique.


I am waiting for a credit, when will I receive it?

All refunds are processed by U.S. Polo Assn. within 10 working days of receipt of goods. During sale or peak times your refund could take up to 14 working days.


Can I make an exchange on my purchase?
